With Cauley, Poythress, and Goodwin, I get the feeling Cal has given the program some guys who should be around for a couple years. Granted, 2 are 5-star guys per Rivals, but it doesn't seem like either Goodwin or Poythress have received anywhere NEAR the hype as some of our current guys. And don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. On the contrary, I'm pretty pumped!

We've got to land Shebazz. As long as we get him then I'll sleep like a baby. If we don't I'm going to cry like a little girl, then gear up for maybe an elite eight in 2012. Having Gilchrist or Teague stick around an extra year would be huge too.
After seeing UCLA have two bad losses in the early going I can't help but think that helps our chances.
Is it down to UK, the Bruins, UNLV, and USC?
All of his Twitter comments that mention UK seem to have "lol" included. Not sure if that really means anything, just an observation.
Gosh, for about 10 minutes against Kansas.... We. Looked. Awesome.
Teague really settled down and looked like a superstar.
Also, I thought Darius played great. He didn't score a lot, but we didn't really need him to. What he did do was to help build and sustain momentum in our favor with an And-1, a 3, and 2 assists that led to dunks. He was a calming influence to a group of Sophs and Frosh who were obviously jacked up and nervous for this game in the early going.
i wanted to stop by and say i love visiting your blog. i was transferred to richmond, va for my job back in 2009 and constantly get my cats fix through blogs and such.

i just don't see how we loose games unless we beat ourselves. we're better than unc no way we loose that game to unlv. i'm so jacked for this game saturday, my roommate keeps telling me to chill out.
what do you guys think about the potential 2 year rule. i can only think that puts us as the favorite for the forseeable future in college bball. cal gets who he wants whenever he wants.
if any of you are in virgina we should meet up and watch a game. may be coming down with my roommate for the fla game. any of you guys go to the games?
